
What is therapy, and how can it help me?

Therapy is a space to guide you towards finding peace with who you are & expanding into what is possible for your life. The therapy process will look different for every client, as it is based on your individual treatment needs. Using evidence-based practices and the magic of human connection, you will gain insights into challenges, develop coping strategies, & find a path toward healing by understanding patterns that may be holding you back.
What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is an opportunity for us to connect & understand your general goals. We’ll outline challenges you’re facing & what you hope to achieve. Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?
Yes, we offer both in-person & virtual sessions to provide you with flexibility & convenience. Whether you prefer the comfort of your own space or the warmth of meeting face-to-face, we’re here to accommodate what feels best for you.
Do you accept insurance, and what is the cost of sessions?
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance & also offer private pay options. The initial intake session is $200, with individual sessions thereafter at $175 per session.
How often will I attend therapy?
Typically, sessions are held weekly, though the frequency may vary depending on your needs & goals. We’ll work together to find the rhythm that best supports you.
